Your Voice Is Meant To Be Here

About

The Cashavelly Collective (The CC) fosters nurturing spaces and resources for women to free their unhindered voices and expression; delve into their inner mysteries to explore their strangest ideas; and share them in a loving community. Our programs help systemically change patriarchal conditioning, shed restrictive roles and limiting beliefs, heal sisterhood wounding, and build a supportive community where women are uplifted and celebrated. We believe that a woman’s truth and freeing her heart’s longing will collectively correct the many imbalances humanity now faces. We provide multiple access points to accommodate women’s busy lives through free monthly live events, free online meetings, an online guide, and yearly retreats.

About Songbird Supper Club

The CC presents Songbird Supper Club, a cozy performance series where we celebrate women who create and express, or want to start! At each event, four featured artists share their work and are interviewed by Cashavelly. The discussion is rooted in building trust and collectively healing patriarchal-conditioning that has led to sisterhood wounds, perfectionism, masking, and outmoded belief systems. At Songbird, we shed all the pressures we've taken on so we can be our vulnerable, authentic selves and experiment with our expression in a safe, loving space of friendship and support. We've got nothing to prove here. We can be messy. It might be your first time performing or sharing your vision - we are here to cheer you on, encourage you, and see you shine. Or, you might be a seasoned professional who wants deeper connections in our community or to try something new. QTBIPOC+ women are especially encouraged to participate. All are welcome. Bring your partners, kids, and friends and enjoy supper from our featured food vendor! If you’d like to be considered as a featured artist, please sign up above.

About Soulbirthing

Soulbirthing is a method of freeing ourselves from the blocks that prevent us from living in our truth and creating from our heart’s longing. All we imagine creating is meant to be birthed into the world. Our innate gifts are medicine for everyone else. When we stop ourselves from doing what we love and long to do, we all suffer. In Soulbirthing, we explore tools and strategies to follow our inner knowing; we share our stories in a safe group where we are seen and supported; and we experiment with the various parts of ourselves that we gradually integrate to experience a sense of wholeness and fulfillment. In a FREE once-a-month meeting throughout the year, participants are guided through 13 different archetypes, or facets, of a woman’s inner life, informed by an ancient Celtic feminine wheel that some of our ancestors once lived by. This is a springboard to become conscious and deepen with all we may have repressed out of survival. We need a safe place where we are supported in differentiating what is truly authentic to us. We may have taken on behavioral patterns and limiting beliefs to appease others or meet expectations that we can now shed with the help of a loving community. This method allows for deep healing of the past and a way to give ourselves now what we couldn’t be given then. Since 2022, this method has catalyzed women into overcoming fears to create their dream of life. These meetings are most beneficial when accompanied with the online course below.

In addition, each year our community has the opportunity to meet in-person in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains near Hot Springs, North Carolina. Women gather on 14 acres of land, setting up tents and sitting around the fire - to laugh, share stories, learn resources, and follow the signs of the land. We take time to rest, go inward, get playful, and explore what we are compelled to follow. We share meals and create a group-designed ritual. Our next retreat will be June 2025. We also take an international pilgrimage each year to a meaningful place we are being led to. Our first pilgrimage was to the Caves of Mary Magdalene in Southern France, and our second was to the Black Madonna in Switzerland. We felt we were intuitively drawn to each place to free ourselves from the constrictive, dichotomous Puritan concept of the penitent whore and virgin, and discover who these women really were.

Open enrollment is throughout the year. If you’d like to join our meetings or retreats, please sign up below.

Soulbirthing Online Guide

This is an in-depth guide to the method, as well as the tools and resources to foster women’s sovereignty and wholeness. It is a companion throughout the year, month-by-month, offering a pathway to navigate our inner lives, liberate our circumstances, process our pasts, and deepen our embodiment and connection to the Earth’s cycles. However, it can be explored on any timeframe at home, on its own, or ideally as a complement to the free monthly online meetings. Each month, there are 3 sections to explore:

  • The Archetypes - You are guided with knowledge and ways to connect with each of the 13 archetypes. It is an extensive self-reflection method that also invites you into sacred ritual to help you embody and integrate this inner expression;

  • “Authors of Existence” - You are introduced to women throughout myth and history who innovated and forged their own paths despite all odds;

  • “Queen’s Toolbox” - This section is a comprehensive manual of holistic resources to diversify your coping strategies and relational knowledge, including: Family Systems Theory, Intuitive Eating, Nonviolent Communication, Nervous System Regulation, Attachment Theory and Survival Patterns, Tantric Principles, Understanding Projection and Boundaries, Freedom in Romantic Relationships, Nature Connection, Vulnerable Leadership, Vocal Alchemy, Intuitive Movement, and other embodiment practices.

Each section is both written and on audio, including supplemental videos (Audio/ Video content launches Feb 2025), so you may listen to each section for your convenience. It is recommended to move through the guide with a special journal of your choice to help integrate the awareness and epiphanies that inevitably come from this introspective work. You are an innate queen. This is your support in freeing her, which in turn, frees everyone.
